Things you should know before purchasing:

1-All monkeys are handmade and most are made at the time the order is placed, because of this, there may be some differences in appearance.

2-Most items are made within a one week time frame, usually within 2-3 days and then promptly shipped.

Shipping Charges:

Orders up to $50, shipping is $5

$50.01 to $80, shipping is $8

Anything over that shipping is a flat $10

Questions about ordering:

1-What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept credit card payments or bank payments through Paypal. Please note, if you do an E-check, the monkey won't be made until the payment clears.

2-I want a name embroidered on my monkey, how do you know which name?

When ordering you should see a comment section during checkout, please put which monkey you want with what name. If we have any questions, we'll email you. If you have problems sending this message, contact us with this information.

3-I want my monkey to have the old school mouth, not the smiley mouth (or vice versa), can you do that?

Yes, if we have more than one monkey available, we can custom do the mouth or any other feature for you. Just put in the notes what you would like. If the one shown is the only monkey we have left then we can't do it, sorry.

4-I want a completely custom monkey made, can you do that for me?

In most cases yes, just email us with your idea and we'll see what we can come up with. Custom monkeys usually run between $25-$50 depending on supply costs and extras that may be needed.

5-Can I mail you a set of socks to use?

Yes! Just purchase the "Mail in Socks Monkey" and then contact us for an address.

6-I need A BUNCH of monkeys or sock chickens for a party, etc.

If you need 5 or more monkeys, contact us! We can either sell you the ones we have currently awaiting for a new home or make you several monkeys that all look the same or are similiar for a discounted rate.

7-Will my monkey/creature look just like the one pictured?

Unless you message us and ask if we have that EXACT monkey, yours will be made to order and have it's own unique smile and personality.

Returns and Exchanges

1-My item is broken, name is wrong, etc.

If there is something wrong with your order, perhaps the name embroidered on it is wrong, etc, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving it. If it is something that we did wrong, we will gladly fix it. After you contact us about the issue we'll have you mail back the item.

2-I don't like my item.

We try to portray each item to the best of our abilities and show photos. If you get it and you just decide you no longer want it, I'm sorry, each item is custom made and we can't offer refunds for this.
