My name is Christy and I swear I'm not a sock monkey addict, just a craft aholic. Actually, if it involves working with my hands I love it.

I have a degree in print journalism and also do photography.

When I'm not at work, I'm sewing, crocheting, chasing chickens, or traveling.

Why the name "Cheeky Monkey"? Well, cheeky can be sarcastic, naughty or playful. And I really wanted a playful logo and website, so the two words together seemed to play off each other well.

I am married, live in North Florida with my cat, dog, snake, and tons of chickens.

I am also a pround member of the North Florida Craft Revolution Etsy team.
